DMCA / Copyright Policy

Graze respects intellectual property rights and expects the same from anyone who interacts with grazepet.com. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, you can submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

What to include in your notice

Where to send it

Email your notice to hello@grazepet.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request." We review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to the reported material where appropriate.

Counter-notices

If material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address explaining why the material should be restored.

What happens after we receive a notice

We acknowledge valid notices by email, remove or disable access to the reported material where the claim appears well founded, and keep a record of the notice and what we did about it. Because grazepet.com is a small publisher rather than a hosting platform, almost all material here is our own — if the disputed item is an image or quotation we sourced from elsewhere, the quickest outcome is usually replacement or attribution, and we're happy to discuss that before anything escalates.

Incomplete or abusive notices

A notice missing the elements listed above cannot be acted on, and we'll write back asking for what's missing rather than guessing. Please note that misrepresenting material as infringing carries liability for damages, including costs and legal fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Notices sent as a competitive tactic, or aimed at content that is plainly ours, will be declined and kept on file.

Repeat infringers

Where anyone repeatedly submits material to this site that infringes the rights of others, we terminate their ability to do so. This policy applies alongside our Terms of Service, which govern use of the site generally.
