What to expect
Graze is a small independent site, not a support desk, so replies come from a person rather than a ticket queue. We aim to answer within two business days. Email is the fastest route — the phone line is answered irregularly, so if you don't reach us, leave a message or write instead and we'll come back to you.
Product questions
Happy to help you work out which slow feeder suits your dog — send the breed, rough weight, muzzle shape (flat-faced breeds need shallower ridges) and what they eat, and we'll point you at the right bowl or mat. If you bought a product through one of our links, warranty and returns are handled by the retailer you ordered from, not by us; we can tell you where to look, but we can't process the return ourselves.
Press, partnerships and outreach
For interviews, quote requests, or to send a product for review, email us with the details up front. We consider review samples but never promise coverage in exchange for one, and any sampled product is labelled as such in the article. We don't accept paid guest posts or paid link placements — please don't pitch them.
